In partnership with lululemon and Napa Valley StreamFest, Touching The Sky is hosting a complimentary, beginner-friendly acro yoga class. No experience necessary, just an openness to learn. Expect a workshop-style class, starting with a warmup flow, then moving into some partner work with foundational acro yoga poses.
